3. Go Inspect Pro Service

Go Inspect Pro provides a platform to manage personal vehicle information, including:

- Service history
- Warranty notices
- Maintenance reminders
- Third-party offers
This service does not replace legal, tax, or financial advice.
(b) License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Go Inspect Pro service for personal, non-commercial purposes within the U.S., subject to these Terms.
(c) Recall Information
We obtain safety and emissions recall data from most U.S. vehicle manufacturers. Completeness or timeliness of this data is not guaranteed.

4. Sell My Car/Boat
Go Inspect Pro’s “Sell My Car/Boat” feature connects users with third-party dealers. We are not involved in transactions and make no guarantees regarding offers, pricing, or responses.
5. Used Vehicle Listings
Go Inspect Pro provides a platform for used vehicle listings but is not involved in sales. We:
- Do not guarantee the availability or condition of vehicles;
- Do not process payments, titles, or logistics;
- Do not verify seller-provided information.
You are responsible for your own due diligence and should contact sellers directly.
6. Disclaimers
Go Inspect Pro and its affiliates (“Go Inspect Pro Parties”) make no express or implied warranties regarding:

- Validity of user submissions or seller information.
Errors on the Site may be corrected, but there is no obligation to do so. All vehicle listings are subject to prior sale. Buyers should verify details directly with sellers.
